Office addition to serve as the new “Corporate” wing, and a 4,500sf renovation of existing main branch originally constructed in 1995. This expansion follows a strategic plan looking ahead 15 years to allow the credit union to keep their growing corporate/administrative functions on their existing site and “grow into” the new building. The branch renovation takes a 25-year-old design and brings it into alignment with the credit union’s new brand created in their newest location built in 2019. In addition to architectural services, Kern Architects is providing turn-key project management of all non-construction vendors (such as furniture, bank equipment, etc.).
