Kern Architects, in Baton Rouge, is currently in search of an Architectural Project Manager with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing team. Applicants must be humble, hungry, and people-smart. Kern Architects takes a 360° approach to managing our projects for our clients.
A majority of our projects are negotiated, design-build type projects. Our focus is primarily on private work allowing for a more collaborative approach with the construction team throughout the design process.
This position will require participation in all phases of the design and construction process. Willingness to take Ownership is crucial. Experience in production of design and construction documents is required. Expertise in AutoCAD or Revit is required. Revit is preferred but we are willing to train.
