Prototypical branch design developed as La Capitol Federal Credit Union’s “branch of the future” model. This design provides additional security to credit union staff by moving cash transactions into a secured room. The design also refocused the lobby to be more of a retail/sales environment where relationship-focused staff serves as the face of the institution. This design was rolled out state wide by La Cap.
